Literature is rich about studies which concern the insurgence of instability structural systems under action steady flows, have led to well-consolidated methods assess safety with regard aeroelastic phenomena induced by synoptic winds. On other hand, there are no clear references regarding aeroelasticity effect thunderstorm outflows, events characterised irregular variations wind speed and direction in a limited duration time, prevent furnishing long time interval for structure fluid synchronise. This paper, based hypothesis applicability classic strip quasi-steady theory, illustrates mathematical model able consider effects outflows into dynamic response slender structures, from methodology winds may be found as particular case.
